What attracted you to Brewster?
The location initially attracted me to Brewster, it?s a gorgeous campus and it?s not far away from my house. After I visited the school I liked how everyone was really welcoming and kind, they made me feel really comfortable.
Favorite BA moments...
- Going to the Boys V Basketball games, they?re always fun and there?s always people there to get you in a good mood.
- Winning games or watching our teams win
- Saturday dances at the boathouse or Estabrook
- Going to the beach with my friends on nice days
- Going to dinner with all my friends downtown
Favorite class...
My favorite class would be Photography because I get to do something I love and also have fun! We get to go all around campus and look at the beautiful scenery. Looking at the lake and the mountains in a photographer?s eye is really interesting and it makes you really appreciate being able to have such a pretty view.
Describe your teachers, coaches and dorm parents...
Teachers at Brewster are not like other teachers. They go above and beyond what they are required to do just to help you learn and understand the material they are teaching. My coaches at Brewster do the same. They will stay after with you to work on things you need help with and they always encourage you to try your best in everything you do. I don?t live in a dorm, but I spend a lot of my time in my friends dorms and their dorm parents are extremely welcoming and include me in the activities that they do together. Your teacher can be your coach or your dorm parent too, so you really have a good relationship with them.
