Bill Lee
Master's in Education, Plymouth State University
B.A., Knox College
Before joining the Brewster community in 2000, Bill Lee had been observing Brewster from the sidelines at the local public high school where he taught English for seven years.
He apparently liked what he saw. "Brewster doesn't let students or teachers slip through the cracks," he noted. "Each student is important, and there are many support systems."
Mr. Lee spent five years as an instructional support teacher and holds a New Hampshire Teacher Certification in Secondary English from Notre Dame College. He is currently a counselor in the College Counseling Office, coach of the boys' varsity lacrosse team, and director of Brewster's Summer Session.
His teaching philosophy is simple: "Gain a mutual respect between teacher and student and then teach to the best of your ability."
He lives on campus and has two sons.
