ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. Please contact Peter Mann at 603-569-7128 with ALL flight info.  Please reconfirm flights (times and flight numbers) at least 72 hours prior to departure and FAX any major changes to Peter.  (FAX 603-569-7199)

2. On all return to campus days, Linda Larson will be at 603-569-7100 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Please instruct your son or daughter to call you in case of delays or cancellations at airports. Having a game plan “just in case” is very helpful during the winter months.

3. If a student is going to arrive very late due to delays, the local taxi service will need to be called for the pick-up. (Big Lake Taxi & Limo, LLC 603.875.3365; Winnipesaukee Livery 603-569-3189)

4. There will be a teacher at pick-up locations until approximately 6 p.m.

5.  If you have any questions when making plane reservations, please call Peter Mann.

6.  Winter delays can be lengthy, especially in Chicago and New York. Please book earlier flights during the winter to avoid, as much as possible, having your student arrive after 6 p.m. due to airport problems.

7. Please understand that the buses Brewster Academy provides are at the expense of parents through student accounts and that student transportation is not the responsibility of the Academy. Transportation costs for the vacation departures and returns are approximately $30 per student, per direction.

8. Individual transport is costly. (Logan approximately $130 and up and Manchester approximately $80 and up). So, please help to keep costs down by arranging arrivals between 1-5 p.m.
