March 2016 -- Have you ever wondered why emotion regulation ability is the best predictor of academic success and adjustment to college? Or
why those with a high degree of emotional intelligence earn, on
average, more than $29,000 per year than those with a low degree of
emotional intelligence? A group of educators, current and
past Brewster parents and grandparents, and interested parties wanted to
know more, and attended a presentation sponsored by the Academy in Boca
Raton, Florida, in early March.
