November 2005 -- For the second consecutive year, three Brewster athletic teams have earned invitations to New England Tournaments: the girls' varsity soccer and field hockey teams and the boys' varsity soccer teams.

While it's not unusual for a school to receive an invitation for tournament play for one of its teams each season, it's not very common for the same school to have three of its teams in one season invited to play in the New England tournament!

The girls' soccer team, seeded #6, and the boys' soccer team, seeded #6, are the only Lakes Region schools that received an invitation to the soccer playoffs.

The second seed field hockey team joins two other Lakes Region schools in the New Englands.

Both the field hockey and girls' soccer teams are defending their New England Class C Championships from last season.
