Avery House: An upper school residence, located so close to downtown Wolfeboro it’s a quick trip across the street to pick up the right snacks for movie night in the dorm! Avery houses two faculty families. Faculty member Maria Found is the community life parent. Her family includes husband Matt and children Gunner and Anya. Mike Jacobs and his wife Kara and their son Matt also call Avery House home.

Bearce Hall: An upper school boys residence where 20 students and two faculty families reside. Bearce Hall was once a private residence of a prominent Wolfeboro family purchased by the school in 1965. Bearce is located on the south end of campus directly next to the Smith Center and walking path. Jim Carey, director of Brewster's dining services is the community life parent here.

Brown Hall: An upper school girls residence that includes nine single rooms typically coveted by returning senior girls. The common room area includes high ceilings and a roomy and warm environment for weekly dorm meetings. The primary dorm parent along with another faculty member reside there as well. Faculty member Lauren Hunter is the community life parent. She lives with husband Corey Hunter, their baby son, and a friendly golden retriever.

Chamberlin House: Once the residence of the Congregational Church, this historic building was bought by the school, renovated and moved to its present location on campus in 1991. The residence features two floors of student housing as well as a third floor faculty apartment and connected faculty home. Sara Parker is the community life parent (and also the girls' varsity lacrosse coach). Her family includes husband Tedd, a history teacher and coach, and their three young children.

Estabrook Hall: A prime campus location that includes access to the dining hall and campus store without having to step outside for Sunday brunch on a cold winter day! Fourteen lower school boys live on two floors along with two faculty apartments. The building was the former summer residence of Arthur Estabrook, John Brewster's friend and business partner. English teacher Chris Byers is the community life parent.

Fox House: A lower school girls' residence that houses 15 students and the primary faculty apartment. Fox has one of the best waterfront views on campus with a patio area off of the common room for gathering in nice weather. French teacher Gratia Trahan is the community life parent in Fox House.

Goodwin House: Located on Main Street and close to the dining hall, Goodwin House was built in 1885 with beautiful woodworking and high ceilings. Known for its multiple bathrooms and spacious lounge, it is an ideal residence for the 10 upper school girls who live there. Math teacheer Marika Deppmeyer is the community life parent in Goodwin House.

Haines House: A lower school residence that houses 12 energetic girls along with its resident faculty member. Its central location to campus and town provides the perfect opportunity for Haines House to try and maintain the title of best decorated dormitory during Halloween. English teacher Mike Zahn lives here with his wife Julie, who is the community life parent, and their daughter.

Harris House: Best known for the incredible late night brunches served on Saturdays when these veteran dorm parents are "on duty," Harris House is home for 14 upper school boys. Its location boasts one of the most amazing panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding mountains. Tim Radley, student activities coordinator, is the community life parent. He and wife Peg Radley, who works in the admission office, are the parents of two Brewster graduates.

Hughes House: Fourteen Brewster boys live in Hughes House, one of the six colonial-style residences built on the Winnipesaukee waterfront. The house includes spacious double rooms on two floors with a common area connecting the student residences to their dorm parent’s home. IS teacher Michele Hossack is the community life parent. She and husband Charlie, history teacher and freshman team leader, have two young children.

Lamb House: A sophomore girls residence that emulates family, friendship and fun as their motto. This common room is always filled with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Jillian Lawlor is the community life parent as well as one of the school's athletic trainers. She and husband Kevin Lawlor, a math teacher and junior team leader, have a young daughter and a friendly lab named Marley.

Mason House: This lower school girls' residence—home to 18 girls and one faculty family—is yet another prime waterfront location on the Brewster campus. Situated in the middle of Mason Court, it’s the perfect place for skateboarding to-and-from the dining hall when you're really hungry! Math teacher Cathy Chaffee is the community life parent and mother of two daughters.

Piper House: Overlooking Brown Field and the Pinckney Boathouse, Piper provides a small and cozy environment for three lower school gilrs in a location that is central to all parts of the Brewster campus. IS teacher and senior team leader Barb Thomas is the community life parent of Piper House.

Sargent Halls 1,2, and 3: This residence is our largest in total size housing 56 boys with three faculty apartments. Each floor is run as a separate residence with its own common area for lounging and meetings. Monument Field provides a large front yard for pick up games of football and lacrosse and contains the outdoor skating rink during the winter season. IS instructor Jayson Gagne is the community life parent in Sargent I; Spanish teacher Jaime Garzon is the community life parent for Sargent II; and IS instructor Doug Skelly is the community life parent for Sargent III.
