As parents or guardians, you have had the opportunity to watch your children grow and develop over their lifetimes. You obviously have knowledge and insights about them that no one else can have. Please use this form as a place to provide any information which you think might be helpful to us or to college admission officers in considering your child as a candidate for college admission.

The specific format of our form is not intended to limit you. If you feel it is not appropriate, but you wish to provide comments, please attach a letter in place of the form.

3. Do your child's grades reflect his/her abilities?

4. What non-academic offerings are important? (e.g. Greek system, study abroad, co-operative program, independent study options, athletics)

5. What services, if any, do you feel your son/daughter needs to support his/her learning? (e.g. writing or math lab, support services)
