Remember – Spring vacation offers an excellent opportunity for students to start visiting colleges and universities. We recommend that students begin planning these visits as early as possible.

Upcoming Events

February -- Juniors attend an on-campus college admissions workshop, which covers important information to help students get the college process started. An admissions representative panel will offer juniors advice on how to research and apply to colleges.

October and April -- The College Office offers programs for parents and students during Family Weekends in the fall and spring. Families also may make appointments with college counselors and come prepared with their questions and concerns.

May -- Colby-Sawyer College Fair
More than 150 colleges and universities offer our juniors a first-hand opportunity to visit and talk with college representatives about their respective colleges.

June -- The College Office mails parents of juniors a progress letter regarding the student's college process and a tentative list of college choices for parent review and consideration. Additionally, families receive the Brewster College Handbook, which contains a wealth of information on the entire college process. This handbook is updated each June.
