Q. What was the transition to Brewster like and how did the faculty and students at Brewster support you in the process?

A. My transition to Brewster went pretty smoothly. I am used to being away from home, so boarding school wasn't much of a change for me. Teachers like Mr. O'Blenis and Mrs. Cooper were always there supporting me.

Q. What is your favorite class and why?

A. My favorite class was digital photography because as much as we get done in class, Mr. Burgess, my teacher, always makes sure we have time just to relax or go out and take photos on a nice sunny day.

Q. Where is your favorite spot to hang out on campus with friends and why?

A. My favorite spot to hangout on campus with friends is definitely the turf. There are always people on the turf that are playing soccer, lacrosse, or even sometimes cornhole or spikeball. It is also a fun place to come and watch games on the turf with a beautiful view.

Q. What would be your one key piece of advice for incoming freshmen?

A. If I had to give one piece of advice to an incoming freshman, I would say, don't worry about your grades too much. As much as they are important and getting good grades is good, don't forget to make time to have fun. Make time to have fun, do that thing you have been too afraid to do, and just go for it. The memories you make here, you will remember forever.

Q. What is your favorite place to get lunch when not eating in the dining hall? What is your go-to meal from that place?

A. My favorite spot to go to eat is the Downtown Grill. My favorite meal from Downtown Grill is the chicken and brie panini.
