Partnering With Our Community

From partnering with small businesses and nonprofits to supporting town events and volunteer efforts, we’re proud to contribute to the place we call home—and to learn from those who live and work alongside us.

Shared Spaces

We open our campus for public use and share many of our facilities with local residents and organizations. Many locals enjoy our campus—whether walking in the Smith Center, playing pickleball on our courts, or using our facilities to support Kingswood teams and local youth sports.

Community Events

We continue to host and sponsor a range of community events, including the Fourth of July and Last Night fireworks, New Year’s Eve activities, Lake Winnipesaukee Day, Great Waters Music Concerts, Friends of Music Concerts, the Veterans Day Field of Flags, and more.

Community Service

Students and faculty regularly volunteer with local organizations, working alongside people of all ages and causes. Examples of community service initiatives include Unified Sports, the Miss Amazing Pageant, a Cyber Seniors program, End 68 Hours of Hunger, and more.

Summer Programs

We offer a wide range of summer programs on campus, from overnight sports camps and youth theater workshops to adult musical performance retreats—just to name a few.

Brewster Academy

Investing in Young Local Leaders

We host and facilitate the New Hampshire Student Leadership Summit, a week-long development program for local middle school students intended to empower their voices and develop their leadership skills.
