Pinckney Boathouse and Palazzo Field
With the beauty of the lake at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events.
Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings, corporate outings and meetings. The boathouse seats 86 at round tables, or 115 in audience style. Larger events use a tent on adjacent Palazzo Field.

The Grayson Center
Brewster’s newest wedding and event location, The Grayson Center, was finished in 2023 and offers stunning floor-to-ceiling views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Belknap Mountains with an expansive outdoor patio for even more elevated views! Winner of several national architecture awards, The Grayson Center is the perfect fit for events, offering indoor-outdoor space with modern style and amenities. The Grayson Center has a brand-new sound system, a full commercial kitchen, and plenty of space for caterers, wedding planners, and groups to spread out and organize for events.
Meeting Spaces
Brewster Academy is excited to offer several different meeting and event spaces on campus to fit your needs. Whether you need a conference room space for a small meeting or a large auditorium for a company-wide retreat, Brewster is here to help.
- Anderson Hall: Our largest event space, Anderson Hall is a traditional auditorium perfect for keynote speeches, film showings, and large presentations.
- The Grayson Center: A variety of conference rooms and flexible spaces perfect for breakout meetings. The Grayson Center also features a large multi-purpose room that can host up to 180 participants.
- Cooper Center: The Cooper Center is a smaller, more intimate auditorium space well-suited for small meetings and presentations.
- Academic Meeting Spaces: Throughout Brewster’s main academic building we have classroom spaces and conference rooms perfectly set up to accommodate either small events or small breakout groups within larger events.
- Pinckney Boathouse: Brewster’s Boathouse is located directly on the shoreline of Lake Winnipesaukee and features a small prep kitchen, a main meeting space (featuring a rustic stone fireplace), a staging room, and a wraparound covered porch. The Boathouse is a wonderful space for board meetings, smaller luncheons or dinners, and other more intimate events.
