Do I need to have an interview to complete the application process?

Yes! In most cases, an interview is required—and it’s an important part of helping you and your family feel confident in your decision. You can complete your interview during your campus visit, or, if you’re unable to visit in person, we’re happy to schedule a Zoom interview instead.

Who will I meet when I come to campus for the tour?

If we have your email (important to include when submitting your inquiry), we’ll send you a short pre-visit survey to help us customize your experience. This allows us to connect you with a faculty member, coach, or student who shares your interests. If it’s important to you, it’s important to us—so don’t hesitate to let us know!

What should I wear to the campus visit?

Whatever makes you comfortable and suits the season! The goal is for you to be yourself and soak in as much insight as possible by asking questions and making meaningful connections with our community.

Can I attend classes during my campus visit?

We’re not able to offer classroom visits due to the volume of interviews and the impact on our learning spaces. However, once you’re accepted, you’ll be invited to attend an Accepted Students Day—a signature event designed to give you an in-depth, immersive look at life at Brewster. We receive rave reviews about these days!

What if I am unable to visit campus?

If you’re unable to visit in person for your interview, we’re happy to arrange a Zoom interview. Please contact us to make those arrangements. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore our campus through our virtual tour.
