In this course, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of acting. Students will choose a monologue, analyze the script for themes and character understanding, and prepare a performance for class critique. The course focuses on developing acting and auditioning skills, and performance is a required component.

The Grayson Performing Arts Center at Anderson Hall is home to many school performances, including the annual Winter Musical. Spaces at Anderson Hall include a dedicated area for stagecraft, a dressing room for pre-show prep, and a full station for the light, sound, and recording system.
